About the Me, Rita

My lifelong passion of creating beautiful things started with my foundations as a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) and McCall's School of Cake Decoration. My craft has been fine-tuned over the years as the Head Designer At Le Dolci, and previously, Cake Decorator at Dufflet. I have been fortunate to showcase my work in publicized events such as:
